My wife is aged 65 years. She has acute pain in her knee of right leg and a pain from hip stretching through thigh in her left leg. I am of 67 years and I struggle to get sleep in the night. Usually I take Alzolam .25 at night. Even with that at times I do not get sleep. Please suggest any suitable advise.
