I am a bisexual male. I wanted to know if hiv can pass through underwear and pants. My partner rubbed his penis on my anus and I felt slight penetration. But we both had our pants on at all times plus underwear. Can hiv pass through his pants and mine and infect me? please help. Do I need to test?

No hiv cannot pass through underwear and pants. Please take post exposure prophylaxis for prevention of hiv if you have doubt regrading penetrative sex and your partners' hiv status. You may also want to get a screening test for hiv done at this point and a repeat in 3 and 6 months time to make sure you do not have hiv. I hope this helps. Take care and have a lovely day!
