If your able to walk do 30 mins of brisk walking daily. Inculcalate yoga in your daily exercises. Stop smoking, chewing tobbaco, alcohal cosumption if any. Modify your diet eat lots of salads and green vegies. Cut on mutton you can have fish. Have sprouts. Cut on oil and spices. Monitor your bp regularly.
