So it is absolutely essential to control blood glucose levels as close as possible to normal. Very good control means having fasting closer to 100 mg and pp 150 to 160 mg and hba1c%<7. Since diabetes damages small vasculature (small blood vessels) leading to improper erection. There are some drugs available belonging to pde-5 inhibitors which do improve blood supply and help erection.

if you are feeling weakness that means your blood sugar is in high level so first of all control your blood sugar level by Gemar PL 2 this is a good medicine for controlling diabetes. Avoid.... high carbohydrate food stuffs like paratha banana Chiku grapes Puri bhaji Pizza burger chocolate candies sauces. full cream milk butter peanut butter refined flour food stuff. Allow.... melon water melon peaches plum Jamun oranges guava pear toned milk tone Milk curd. brown bread multigrain Atta brown rice. Avoid food gap not not than 2 hour.
