Hi Please avoid fancy and exotic diets. The best diets are natural and holistic and balanced. Ideally you should be taking 50% carbs and 25% proteins and 25% fats in your diet everyday. If you have a very high carb diet it will turn into glucose and then get stored as fat in your body. It will add more weight to your body. Simplify your diet. Try to go natural.
