He's a diabetic patient. When his uric acid, total bilirubin has become larger which is in critical stage to become kidney failure. Doctor saying that to stop all the medicine. Now he recommend a new type insulin pen to use. Now what's your opinion sir! Thankyou.

Yes, if the creatinine is rising and patient is suffering from renal failure then insulin is a good and safe option. But, few oral medicines can also be used as per the pt, s egfr. Revert back with reports asap.
