I lost some body close last year and since then feel very depressed and refer keeping to myself all the time please help me.

Loosing is nature principle no body is exception for this. Ok do not think too much about the incident. Better to change the place some more time. It gives very good refreshment. Or other wise develop busy work schedules. Make friendship with the same age who lost to you. Make your own channel to entertain yourself. Do not feel and think about the depression. Ok.
