My father is 68 years old and has a history of hypertension since 30 yrs. In 2019 he was detected with ckd and was prescribed medicines telma am 40, minipress xl 5, arkamin, amtas 5, ecosprin av. Everything was going fine. Today his reports showed creatinine 1.58 and egfr 47. He is experiencing shortness of breath. What should be course of action now.
