Hi, my father is 60 year old. He is suffering from knee pain form last 7-8 months. Initially, he has taken treatment under allopathic for 3-4 months but didn't got any relief. So he started his treatment under ayurveda in ayurveda and unani tibbia college (delhi) where panchakrma & other related treatment is going on since last 1-2 months but still he is not getting any major relief rather his pain is increasing day by day. Each doctor has separate opinion, some are saying that cartilage exhausted in joint another saying the space is squeezing in bones. Close the knot in a door at knee height. Step into the loop with your injured leg so the tubing is around the back of your knee. Lift the other foot off the ground and hold onto a chair for balance, if needed. Bend the knee with tubing about 45 degrees.
