I am 21 year young boy, Now I feel about very skinny that is the my major problem. My height 183 cm and my weight 60 so, how can I do body building.

Do regular exercise, make sure you have a good protein source in your diet. Go with protein supplements called nutrilite protein powder which helps to increase your muscle strength. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. No drink before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.
