My dentist has prescribed me acecloren 3 times a day for 3 days. But on google it is given aceclofenac 100 mg is taken twice daily. Is it safe for kidney to take pain killer like aceclofenac 100 mg three times a day.

no... 100 mg twice a day should be sufficient.. you can take simple paracetamol 650 in addition as a top up if pain increases

No, its not safe to take aceclofenac in kidney patients. Avoid these pain killers and for mild pain take paracetamol on sos basis.
