It is due to your posture after the delivery. Also in c- section they would've given spinal anaesthesia which might be the reason for you to have pain. You need to strengthen the abdomen muscles but if you are feeding now it is not advisable to wear any abdomen belt. It is better to change the posture especially while feeding your baby. You need to keep a pillow on your lap and then you can keep your baby on that and you can feed then you may not have pain the neck and upper back. Do basic neck exercises which will help you to improve your blood circulation of the neck and that will help you not to feel the strain the neck and upper back. For abdomen belt you can ask us after 6 months we can recommend you provided we know your size and we can send it by courier.
