You should try to consume more fat soluble vitamins such as dairy products like curd, milk, ghee. Also eat potato regularly alongwith bananas, citrus fruits like oranges, mousambi are good too. Pineapple, black grapes are good for gut health. Sweet potato in winters, palak paneer etc. Avoid dry fruits, soyabean, peanut butter, nuts, tofu etc as these are antinutrients and hamper growth.
