Hii doc, I suffered from back ache problem since last 2 years and recently 2 weeks before I had c section delivery n due to that my lower back pain is serious. I'm nt able to walk n seat long time. Before my pregnancy also the problem is same and the pain is right and left side of money bone and in monkey bone too because of that I can't able to sleep on my back and can't stand up quickly n today also the condition is same 2 years before I consult to orthopaedic Dr. n he advised me too do vitamin n uric acid test. So what to do on this pls suggest any treatment or test to diagnose what exactly happened. Thanks.

Ankle Pumps ?Lie on your back. ?Move ankles up and down. Repeat 10 times. ?Repeat 10 times. Heel Slides Lie on your back. Abdominal Contraction ?Lie on your back with knees bent and hands resting below ribs. ?Tighten abdominal muscles to squeeze ribs down toward back. ?Be sure not to hold breath. ?Hold 5 seconds. ?Relax. ?Repeat 10 times. ??Slowly bend and straighten knee. ?Repeat 10 times Wall Squats ?Stand with back leaning against wall. ?Walk feet 12 inches in front of body. ?Keep abdominal muscles tight while slowly bending both knees 45 degrees. ?Hold 5 seconds. ?Slowly return to upright position. ?Repeat 10 times.
