Hi doctor, this is mitesh sawant from kalyan, thane, mumbai. My mother is having trouble sleeping from past few years now, we have tried allopathic, homoeopathy and ayurvedic treatment for the same but unfortunately haven't got the result until now. She still can't sleep at night and due to that she's now high bp & all that comes up with insomnia. We are worried now for her and we want the solution for the same.
