Triglycerides: take balanced diet with good amount of green leafy vegetables. Increase amount of whole grain rice and pulses in diet. Avoid processed cereals. Avoid white bread, white flour, ghee, butter and oil. Exercise regularly (at least 150 mins/week). Repeat your lipid profile 3 weeks after applying these lifestyle modifications. Tsh: if there are no other symptoms, just monitor your tsh, medications are not required at this stage. Repeat tsh after 2 months.
