Hello, you may be suffering with iron deficiency anaemia. Iron deficiency anaemia occurs when the body does not have enough iron, leading to the decreased production of red blood cells. Red blood cells carry oxygen around the body. A lack of iron can be caused by several factors. Take biofungin syrup, 2 tsp twice daily. Take ferrum met 3x, 2 tabs twice daily. Eat green leafy vegetables, carrots and beetroot and dry fruits. Revert after 15 days.
