Hi I am a diabetic n under insulin control. I am taking protinex daily 2 teaspoon with milk to gain weight n muscle. Do you think I have taken d right decision kindly tell me what cud b other food items/routine to meet d above target.

Mr. Lybrate-user, to build muscle your diet has to have a bit more proteins is right. But most importantly you have to do specific strength building, muscle building exercise along with additional protein intake. 2 tea spoons of protein powder is hardly going to give any quantity required. It will be better if you consume 2 or 3 egg whites daily, that would definitely meet the additional need more adequately tether with powder.
