Hye. Food planning will depend on the amount of proteins that you need for the day. To decide the proteins, other nutrients many parameters need to be considered. This requires personalised planning. You don't want to end up eating low amounts of protein too. Cornflakes is not low protein, neither is it low sodium or potassium as well. You might want to skip packaged foods.
