I'm 36 years old male having boils/ infection on my neck area for the last 10 days. It's not subsiding and I believe it's increasing. I shave regularly given my work profile. I weight 70 kgs, i am healthy and exercise regularly. I know I don't drink as much water as I should (working on it). My food habits are controlled and I eat lot of proteins, fruits and veggies. I don't venture out too much in sun. In the last 1 year, I have lost over 25 kgs. For the last 2 months I do have serious constipation issue. Can you suggest a treatment and remedial action to be taken?

Hello there I understand your concern your boil/ infected area on the neck could be just because of bad skin hygiene caused by excessive sweat or undetected diabetes which causes carbuncles in the neck. Your rapid loss of weight too is astounding. Please get your sugar checked and meanwhile apply prickly heat powder on the neck and wear soft cotton shirts. Hope that will benefit you.
