I am a diabetic patient since 26 yrs. Presently my age is 62 yrs. I am using 1) voglimet gm3- twice in the morning and night. 2) sitagliptin 100 mg, metformin 1000 mg.in the afternoon before lunch. Now my diabetic sugar levels are normal. Do you suggest any other changes required.

No, you don't need to do anything else. 1. Just have calorie restricted balanced diet. Especially have salad in each meal and one seasonal fruit everyday. 2. Do aerobic exercise, ideally 150 mins per week.
