Hi I am 37 years. I have been experiencing allergic sneezing since long time. It sneeze alot when I wake up in the morning or chilled wind around. I have been taking metaspray nasal spray. It works and I get relief from sneezing as long as I take the spray. As soon as I stop taking the spray after a week time, the sneezing starts again. The Dr. had asked to take vitamin d test. 25 hydroxy cholecalciferol 8.52. Ng/ml please advise.
