Myself advait, I had left side pain 4 days ago I hv gone through 2d echo and it is normal but bp is high Dr. gave me tazloc temporary also suggested to lose weight (75 kg). Should I concern. I going through google every now and then. Whenever I feel down. I don't hv any other symptoms. Thanks please help.

Chest pain is likely due to high bp. It needs to be controlled with medicines. Don't google. It will create more anxiety. Just accept the fact that you mostly have a medical condition called "hypertension" which needs to be controlled with medicines only or else if left untreated, it will start damaging vitals organs slowly. Lower salt intake, weight reduction and daily walking or exercise also plays an important role in it's treatment but medication is also must. Consult md physician/ internal medicine specialist for its proper treatment. Hope this helps.
