I faced balanced problem since 7 months and recently I faced heart palpitation since one month when I stand up from lying down my heart beat getting fast also when I am in office when I standup after sitting my head feel dizzy and shaking. Small activity make my heart beat higher and breathing deeper…i am a regular weight lifter after diagnose with balance problem I stop lifting in gym got mri and ct-scan of head and cervical ear bone and chest xray every reports say normal. Sometimes my I got tingling sensation in my head and my left eyes got a number with 0.5 I also completed full course of migraine and vertigo medicine as Dr. said I hd migraine or vertigo but it could’t relif. Help me with this I suffer from a long time.
