My overall body is OK but my tummy is coming out please suggest how to reduce tummy with the help of medicine and diet.

Hi - for reduce tummy all must be dynamic lifestyles nut not sitting at one place or sedentary lifestyle. Low calorie diet, non fast, junk, cream, oily, spices full foods including restaurant meals. Most importantly there r some specific fat reduce exercises or yoga which you should do two time a day.
