Take a restricted diet, avoid too much of sweets, high fat foods, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries and sweetened aerated drinks, highly processed products and high fat milk products. Refrain from alcohol and smoking. Cinsume more of green leafy vegetables, fruits and whole grain products. Exercise daily for at least 1 hour a day. These things can keep away from developing diabetes.
