Hello I read your question. You need to improve strength on your hand. Make sure you start with gentle stretching of hand then you need to use a stress ball and start pressing the ball for about 20 secs daily. These exercises will help you to gt your strength back. You can also check on your bone density. It will give you a clear idea as to how good are. Your bones.
