Hi. I am 28-year-old female. For the last few days, I am experiencing severe headaches and heat from the face (cheeks) immediately after waking up from sleep which lasts about an hour or two and then again normal. Want to know what's the cause for it. The heat feeling on the face is also experienced in between the day I have a chronic constipation and bloating, can it be related to that? Also, I am usually certain medications recommended by a dermatologist for polycystic ovarian syndrome and skincare: 1. Metformin 1000 mg sr - once daily 2. Aldactone 50 mg - once daily 3. Crisanta - from 3rd day of the period till 21 days 4. Ultra omega 3 - once daily 5 isotroin 20 mg - once daily 6. Raviron xt - once daily don't know what's actually going wrong but suddenly I started experiencing headaches and heat from face.

Most likely it's a side effect of isotretinoin or metformin, should hold those drugs after consulting your dermatologist.
