4 years earlier I am suffering with vascular problem at that time I am suffering with leg pain and I can not walk fast and can not run, at that time my heart beat was very high. At that time I have regular drinking and smoking habit. Presently I have only regular smoking and drinking some times from two years I am happy, presently that problem was repeated please help me presently I am suffering leg pain and heavy hart beatings. Please sugest me sir,

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day.
