16 month before my hand injured in accident, I have taken all treatment at hospital but till now i am not able to turn my hand properly, i had dislocate and fracture. Please advise.

This might be due to lack of blood circulation in the hands and we suggest to do contrast bath therapy ie. Immersing in cold/hot water in the interval of 3-5 minutes which will help you reduce the pain and it will also improve the range of movements in the hand
