As per the report, it shows that mild osteopororis is noted which means there is changes in disc space which can be ignored cause it is mild but if untreated will increase that leads to increase in pain around necj and shoulder which later radiates to hand. Visit nearby physiotherapy centre and take electrotherapy (ift+us) for a week, later do cervical and shoulder muscle strengthening exercises. Maintain proper posture while in work.
