I am suffering from knee pain, it generally starts heavy in the morning, I even consume filtered water. Runs daily, do exercise, but I can't help my self.

If you do too much exercise also harmful. So at least for few days avoid exercise to reduce pain. Apply bala tail on knee region and do gently massage on it for 10-15 min than take steam. Avoid curd, pickles, excess of salt.
