Why loss of weight if blood sugar increases? I am not blood sugar patient but observe some time sugar increases. I am on diet and controlling sugar.

Weight loss is a sign of diabetes. If your sugar level is under control by medication or diet than you can modify your diet to increaseing ideal or optimal body weight.

Loss of weight is due to a deranged metabolism in your body. A control on diet which you are doing now is enough to keep you away from being diabetic. Take timely meal avoid day sleep do some sort of exercise /walk regularly avoid junk do not be stressed.
