I am 29 year old guy n I work in software n night shifts I have problem that I feel sleepy n unable to control sleep even riding a bike or in work. I will sleep without my knowledge sometimes.

A sleep of 7-8 hours is essential everyday for the much needed relaxation of the body and brain. Without that it is inevitable that you may feel drowsy during the day. I would advise you to have a sound and relaxing sleep of 7-8 hours in every 24 hours. Also inability to control sleep even during driving or sleep attacks occurring during the day without your knowledge can be as a result of narcolepsy or obstructive sleep apnea. In that case please consult a sleep specialist or neurologist accordingly.
