Dear doctors, I have a little bit o f black spots on my lower and upper front teeth and a barely noticeable swelling around my right side second molar teeth. I always maintain proper oral hygiene and never smoked a cigarette or drink alcohol. I don't realize from how much time my gums are black. I am just 16 male and google about it and got worry to know that it ca be cancer. Is it really possible? Thanks,

Well black gums are due to melanin pigmentation on the gums .which can be treated by surgical treatment .the swelling around your molar teeth cud be due to gum disease or even sometimes due to caries .just visit a dentist and get it checked .i can be much sure if I look a picture of your oral cavity.

Google always says cancer. Google gives you one of the possibility. Anyways black spot could be due to 1. Caries 2. Stains (fluorosis stain) regarding swelling on your right side second molar that could be due to -third molar erupting -caries infection -gum related for better understanding send your pictures then will be able to guide better.
