If you are not able to put two fingers in your mouth and hard to take spicy then the condition is serious
this is oral submucosa fibrosis (osmf, a precancerous condition
this is reversible but the condition is that you have to strictly follow the below-mentioned medication and stop what it leads to osmf

Please observe the lesion for one week .if there is any changes in the lesion contact nearby dentist or me with picture. For futher treatment. If there is no pain ,then no need to worry. Apply oral topical lotions.
Dental tip: .maintain oral hygiene,
