Hello mam, this is Dr. Mathur from new delhi. Welcome to lybrate. With regards to your back pain, most back pains in your age group are either due to bad posture or low vitamin d levels. I recommend that you start spinal extension exercises 3 times a day (physiotherapist can teach you those). Get the following blood tests done fasting- serum vitamin d levels, uric acid, hb, tlc, dlc, esr and an x ray ls spine ap and lateral views. The x ray is also to be done fasting and with bowel evacuation. For bowel evacuation tab 3 tabs of dulcolax and 4 tabs of charcoal before bedtime and get the x ray in the morning. For pain you can start tab zinase d 3 times a day after meals and tab pantocid 40 mg's once a day before meals. Make sure you're not allergic to any of these drugs.
