I feel dizzy and I am not able to sleep at nights easily. I feel like my energy is sucked up. I consulted the doctor and he said it is due to lack of proteins and vitamins. Can you tell me some home remedies to energize myself and come out of this dizziness.

Tips- take tablet folvite 5mg once a day and tablet vitamind (60000iu) once a week for six months and I will suggest you to take a shower with warm water or just wash your face, forearms, legs with soap and water at bedtime for a peaceful sleep.
