Which means: 1) maintain near normal weight, exercise regularly for at least 1 hour a day. 2) avoid too much of sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, sweetened aerated drinks, pastries, fructose corn syrup containing products and high fat milk products. 3) consume more of green leafy vegetables and salads and fruits. 4) avoid alcohol and smoking. Your caloric intake should be just exact to the need based on ideal body weight and extent of daily exercise.
