I have low level of vitamin b. I am vegetarian, what can I eat to meet requirements?

Dear ma'm you will need vitamins. If you are referring to vitamin b12 deficiency you may have any vitamin containing at least 1500 mcg of vitamin b12 to start with. Dose can be reduced later. Include green leafy vegetables, fruits and pulses in your diet along with that to maintain the levels. Hope this helps.
