Hello. Since last 2 months, when I stand at one place without moving, I tend to lose my balance (not dizziness but) and I feel a sudden pain in lower back neck. I also have tension type headache as I sit in front of computer from 10-6. I had taken flexura as suggested by my family doctor 1 month ago. Temporarily it felt helpful but then it again started. What to do?
