I was diagnosed with hypertension some 4 years back without any symptoms and since have started the medicines my life has changed for the worst, have done all kinds of test which seem to be normal i.e chest x-ray, ecg, blood test, doppler, stress test, mri, visited 8 different cardiologist also tried ayurveda and homoeopathy. Nothing has helped me, I have regular chest discomfort, lightheadedness, profuse sweating, anxiety, palpitations. I cannot step out of my house for past 4 years, slightest physical activity or change of temperature make me feel breathless. I cannot stop my medication neither can live with it, this situation has made me bankrupt, mentally and physically week and my married life has gone for a toss. Any advice would be appreciated.
