I am using olmesartan h20 for hyper tension from 5 years, I am taking bp reading at home by automatic bp monitor frequently. My first reading always shows little high than 2 and 3 reading die to anxiety and stress. Which reading should be considered 1 reading or later reading. Pls suggest. Example: 1 reading 144/70. 2 reading 115/70. 3 reading 117/70. How often to check bp readings. Regards.
