I am 34 years old male. 70 kg. Height 5'5" I am observing my bp since last 10 days. Readings are: 140/100 132/82 130/100 140/100 130/90 135/84 130/90 138/90 142/90 134/98 I want to know if these readings are okay? Or do I need to further test or start medicine at this stage? Or should I wait some more time? I don't have any medical problem as such. I am healthy and do my routine works normally. My ecg and chest xray was also normal.
