Dear lybrate-user, your symptoms are related to occipital headache which aggravates with postural stress & mental stress. Kindly improve your sitting posture. Idea posture is when minimal stress is placed on your neck/shoulders/elbows/wrist & hand. While sitting take proper back support & place your chair as close to desk as possible. Keep your shoulders & ear in 1 line avoid excessive neck bending & desktop monitor @1 arm distance from you. You can also do simple shoulder shrugging & neck stretching ex's within limits of pain.
