Hello Lybrate user. The calculus formed will cause bleeding gums, and halitosis. Do scaling once. The bleeding gums and halitosis will be stopped. Use tongue scraper and gargle after meals. Use mouth washes and also salt and warm water rinse. These will reduce the white color discoloration in tongue. Regarding excess saliva, I advice you to consult a general physician. Consult me for further details. Thank you.
