Hello, need to assess your symptoms in detail. Chest pain is not always heart related. It can be due to superficial muscle pain, rib pain, cervical spondylitis, gastric reflux etc. To subjecively assess cause of your pain, I need further details about the pain like origin, duration, character, aggravating and relieving factors etc. To objectively rule out heart related pain, you have to do echo and tmt. Take care.
