I am a male of 52 yrs. I am on medication of hypothyroid tablet thyronorm 150 mcg dly. I have tested my lipid profile in which my hemoglobin level is 17.80. I want to know whether it is ok or high? If high how to reduce it? I am having pain in head at the back side during evening time mostly is it because of higher hemoglobin level? Hdl cholesterol is 33 ldl cholesterol is 105 pls. Advise remedy for above problems best regards.

You have mentioned abou hemoglobin being high (17. 8g/100 ml), but there is no mention of total rbc number and other parameters like hematocrit, mchc, mcv, pcv etc. There is no mention of either tsh or t3 & t4 levels. So please come back with all those details, then some comments can be made.
