From past 2 months I have been sneezing like 50 times a day. Each time I sneeze there are a minimum of 5-6 sneezes back to back. Before 2 months I used to rarely sneeze like once in 15 days or even once in a month. That too only 1 sneeze. But now its like I sneeze the entire day. This started all of a sudden. And from that day till today it hasn't stopped even for a day. Today I got 5 sneezes back to back and since then my head is spinning. My body feels it has lost all energy. I am not even able to stand up properly. Please tell me why is this happening. And what I should do in order to stop these sneezes.

1. Do saline gargles daily. 2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. 3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected. 4.
