Hi need urgent help. My father has pain in stomach from 3 to 4 years. We have changed a lot of doctors. Ayurved and homeopathy ,allopathy all but no effect. In blood test sgot is 55.49 and sgpt is 59.30 tlc is 11600 my father has unstoppable pain. Please any doctor that can help. We do not have too much money. Please I cant see my father in pain.

Three four years pai abdomen. Have you gone usg, mri abdomen, life is more important from money. Light diet like rice, curd, least oil and spicy, take meals in regular time. Add curd, buttermilk. Ocid d one in empty stomach for seven days. Ulgel liquid 10 ml after food without water atleast for 30-40 nothing by mouth. Buscogast one if pain is sever oz tab two time's a day after food for five days. Petril beta 20 one at night for ten days. If feel better continue it.

1. He has infection (raised tlc/white blood cell count). 2. If you can not avail investigations, he at least needs antibiotics. 3. More history about alcohol intake/ prior blood transfusion / location/msp, nature and characteristics of pain, relation of pain to food can narrow a cause 4. Any bowel / bladder disturbance? 5. It could be pancreatits ,but need more details to be sure.
